The Mustang

Ever heard of the car most famous known as mustang?  They are these cars that are named after the mustang horse itself.  Just like the breed, the car features long hood like that of the breed’s long snout and shorter end like that of the breed’s body profile.  What made the two comparable to each other are the similar characteristics they share; they are both fast, wild and free gliding.

This breed of horse has come into limelight when one automobile company decided to name one of their cars after it.  A review of the breed’s brief history will make it more significant.

This wild horse that roams around the wilds of North America is the cross of the breeds that came from the American and Spanish traders that were brought to the region.  The Mustang has originated from horses that are bred for domestication but then crossed again to come up with a more developed and desired breed it is now. The Mustang has become a significant icon to the history of America because it signifies the characteristics of the westerners being free spirited and diverse with how they do with their living and survival.  The service that mustangs gave has brought much contribution to the improvement and development of the lives of the nation’s people and pride.

The mustangs have once served as transportation to the westerners; serving with their strength and great agility, people and goods are transported and traded safely.  As we know, transportation has been a very important factor to the efficiency and convenience of our daily activities, so to the westerners the mustang was very important much like the car mustang we have in the present; a pride to the master.

Because the breed has possessed an improving great ability and capacity from their original tasks they soon are being used by the westerners as riders for the warriors during battles.  Historically, once a person owns a horse they are seen as leaders and great warriors.  Their services are never failing during trading, may it be long distances of exchange.  Swift, strong and easily trained, the breed has become most significant during the people’s hunting activities.  That was how significant the roles of the breed were before though until now.
